We strive to offer various payment methods. These facilities might change from time to time.

All payments are fully secured and encrypted and we do not store any payment/ card/ bank information of customers. All data is processed via payment gateways only. We use Stripe, Wallets or payment options like Apple pay, Google Pay, Paypal, currently. This can change at any time.

We do not have COD (Cash-on Delivery) as of now.

Shipping Policy

Our Coverage

• We cover International (All world) as of now. (Subject to Govt. Regulations and zones.)
• For International shipments, we use FedEx, DHL, Delhivery, Aramax, Xpress Bees, EMS Indian Post and many more to cover almost every possible corner of World. Our logistics aggregator partner is BigShip / Shiprocket. These partners may change without notice.

Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship in 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days. But delivery time displayed during the checkout process as per the pincode entered by the customer. Please note, it is estimated delivery time and actual delivery may vary depending upon various factors. We are not responsible for any delay in delivery of the products. 

Customers are requested to enter their shipping details accurately and select shipping methods carefully. Any change in address request after dispatch will be charged extra. Any incorrect Pincode location entered, will be charged extra and the full amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation of order due to ODA pincode or any other reasons.

Shipping days mentioned are only working days. Public holidays, Sundays, etc are not included.

You can check live shipping rates and courier availability during checkout directly before actual payment.

Insurance is not covered. Any loss in transit of goods will not be borne by Surya Ketu.

We ship almost all our items in hard carton/corrugated boxes with extra protection via sponge / styrofoam / thermocol / insulation materials as necessary for more protection. If the parcel looks like it has been tampered with, then do not accept the parcel and return it with the delivery personnel by showing the tampered parcel. Take a photo of the tampered parcel and share the same with us via email to [email protected] once the delivery personnel leaves.
