Return Policy

 

Currently, at Surya Ketu, we do not accept returns. Goods once sold will not be exchanged or taken back. Moreover, owing to the hygiene practices required to fight Covid-19, we are not in a position to accept returns. Add to the fact that we have very low margins. Thus, we strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free shipping. Please write to [email protected] for any concerns.

 

Products with quality problems

 

We guarantee all of our products are of the best quality. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service right after delivery we could offer exchange or new components for replacement. Shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
Surya Ketu’s decision is final regarding acceptance of returns, replacements, exchange goods and/or refunds.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For most products (apart from made-to-order) orders may be cancelled for a full refund* at any time until the shipping order ready for parcel or shipped (Conditions Applied). The shipping charges if received from the shipping aggregators will be passed back to the customers. Surya Ketu’s decision is final regarding acceptance and refund of orders cancelled.

For Made-To-Order products:

  • Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a 90% refund. This 10% is deducted towards charges like payment gateway/order processing
  • Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but you will be responsible for 50% of the received payment.
  • Made-To-Order products that have already been shipped can not be cancelled.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be issued approximately 90% of the product price, only if the product is received in the original condition with original packaging and invoice. Shipping Charges paid by the customer will not be refunded. This 10% is deducted towards charges like payment gateway/order processing etc. for refund etc.

We might not have very flexible refund policies as compared to other e-commerce sites and this is because we focus more on providing best prices and keep very little profit margins. In order to protect ourselves from loss, we sometimes deduct some percentage while refunding the money. However, such refund cases rarely arise.

Refunds usually take place in the same payment method which customers use while placing an order online. Refund will reflect within 7-10 days from the date of issue of refund. (Subject to the payment company’s policies.)

Surya Ketu’s decision is final regarding all refunds/exchange/cancellations/return acceptance etc. These terms are subject to change at any time, irrespective of updates here. Subject to Jind Jurisdiction.
